Light-medium roast

Colombian – Santa Barbara 

The Santa Barbara coffee estate, located in the well-known Antioquia region of southwestern Colombia. The coffee is grown by Pedro Miguel Echavarria, whose family has been in the coffee business for over four generations. 

Flavor: Grapefruit, chocolate, stone fruit 

Aroma: Wild flowers, vanilla

We roast the coffee every Thursday and mail out Friday. Orders must be placed by 9 pm Wednesday evening in order to ship out that Friday. Any orders placed after that will be mailed out the following week.
